THE HANGAR.FANSHAWE AVIATION CLUB

YOUR INFORMATION / THE SHORT VERSION

PRIVACY
ON BOARD.

The Hangar is an independent student initiative. This website is currently a preview for a proposed aviation club at Fanshawe College.

Interest form

While the form is marked as a preview, its contents stay in the current browser tab. Submitting the preview shows your answers on screen; it does not send them to the club or save them to a signup list. Copying a response puts those details on your device’s clipboard.

If expressions of interest are opened, the form will clearly say so. With your consent, the founding team would use the name, email, aviation connection, and message you provide to respond to your interest and share club updates. Please avoid including sensitive information.

Contact & retention

A club contact channel has not been published yet. Online collection will stay closed until a contact and the signup service are configured.

A retention policy has not been set. Before online collection begins, the founding team must publish how long responses are kept and how to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to updates.

Your callsign & crew pass

The callsign generator runs in your browser. Your name is not uploaded. A downloaded crew pass is saved to your device. All crew passes are for fun and do not provide travel, membership, or site access.
